Viacon is an award-winning construction company founded in 2016 in Sydney, New South Wales. Our team has decades of construction expertise, specialising in the delivery of first-class projects across commercial, industrial, hospitality, retail, education, and aged care asset classes.
We place a strong emphasis on aligning with the client's vision for their end-users, which has consistently translated into high levels of repeat business. This collaborative approach has been instrumental in our expansion across various regions, including Victoria, Queensland, Western Australia, and South Australia.

We conduct regular audits on our IR policies to ensure all sites remain compliant with relevant legislation, including the Building Code 2013, the Fair Work (Building Industry) Act 2012 and Fair Work Act 2009.

Nicholas Poulos
Founding Viacon in 2016, Nicholas Poulos is a construction professional with over 18 years of property and construction industry experience. In addition to being a fully qualified builder in NSW, VIC, WA & QLD, Nicholas utilises a rigorous understanding of economics and value management to achieve exceptional project outcomes.
